The UDIO Customer Portal is extremely user friendly and currently allows parents/caregivers to:
- Enrol online
- Add children to an account
- View attendance and advise non-attendance
- Book make-up lessons
- Add or change lesson days & times
- View invoices
- View your child鈥檚 achievements
- Submit your direct debit authority
Payment of Fees
Direct debit is our only method of payment.聽 Customers聽have the聽choice to pay fees via periodical聽Credit Card payments (MasterCard, Visa or Amex) or聽via periodical聽Bank Account聽payments, by聽completing the Direct Debit Authorisation via the Customer Portal ().听听
